Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate, Systems Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to contribute to mission-critical defense programs. You will perform operational analysis, develop concepts of operations, and assist with design and implementation plans, testing, and documentation.

The role requires pursuing or having completed a relevant bachelor’s degree, with opportunities to work across software tools, scripting, and systems engineering disciplines.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $62,000.00 – $115,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
