The Associate Systems Engineer (Ruckus & Oracle) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization stays current with vendor-specific technical certifications to make appropriate recommendations to resellers on system solution configuration and design.

What You’ll Do :
- Provide pre-sales technical support, solutions, and configuration design expertise to partners and sales teams on Oracle and Ruckus products. Use independent judgment to recommend solutions.
- Offer phone support following KPIs.
- Support sales and marketing efforts to increase vendor and product awareness.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to sales, support, and customers.
- Participate in departmental projects.
- Report on key metrics and share updates with managers and vendors.
- Contribute technical and non-technical input to colleagues. Promote pre-sales support activities.
- Develop tactical plans to support QVO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
Main Tasks
- Configure basic/mid-level configurations (90%) / queue-based
- Handle government bids and RFQs
- Analyze and triage requests
- Use tools effectively for configuration
- Communicate with vendors and partners
- Organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
- Review datasheets and research to improve output
- Engage in training and mentoring

What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher)
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Work well under stress and deadlines
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Basic computer application skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in pre-sales support, marketing, and technical support
- Previous trade show experience
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of PC components, software, peripherals, and operating systems
- Maintain confidentiality
Other Education / Certifications :
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle or Ruckus (preferred)
- Bachelor's in systems
- Network and data center certifications
