Rockstar is seeking a talented Associate Systems Engineer, Identity and Access Management who is passionate about IT and Security.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at Rockstar’s game development studio in Andover, MA.

WHAT WE DO

  • Deliver global IT systems infrastructure to development teams.
  • Maintain infrastructure with a focus on preventative measures.
  • Review and automate processes where possible.
  • Work across three continents, collaborating closely to meet high standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across platforms.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding automation and access reviews.
  • Implement MFA, SSO, and other authentication technologies.
  • Document IAM processes and contribute to policy development.
  • Conduct technical research and testing.
  • Manage Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Administer SaaS and on-premise applications, including Exchange, Office 365, and Zoom.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT.
  • Industry certifications like Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, 365, Azure, or Okta OCP are advantageous but not required.
SKILLS
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts and tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, LDAP).
  • Experience with Windows Stack (Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R).
  • Proficiency with Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
  • Office 365 administration skills.
  • Zoom and VoIP administration experience.
  • SaaS application management skills.
  • SSO administration (e.g., Okta).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and confident.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing projects from planning to completion.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
PLUSES

Desirable but not required skills include:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure IAM.
  • API query and report writing experience.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools like Elasticsearch or Splunk.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira).
