A technology solutions company is looking for an Associate System Administrator to handle escalated software and hardware issues while providing excellent customer support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, strong proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with Azure Active Directory. The position is onsite or remote from specified states and required to be a U.S. citizen.

Associate System Administrator
POSITION PURPOSE
The Associate System Administrator position is responsible for handling escalated complex software/hardware issues, accurately documenting issues, resolutions, and collaborating with other non-technical groups to solve complex business problems. The Associate System Administrator should be able to handle a technical project from start to finish with minimal assistance from the IT Infrastructure Manager or peers. Such troubleshooting may include complex software applications and hardware issues quickly and effectively, via phone, email, remote access, and in person.
ORGANIZATION
This position reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MACHINES & EQUIPMENT
The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as a copier.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work is primarily sedentary. However, there may be some physical demands. Requirements include prolonged walking, standing, sitting, bending, and lifting less than twenty-five pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required. Periodic times working at the office site may be required.
Security and privacy training will be provided as part of this role to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PCS’ associate and customer data.
