Job summary

Boeing in Seattle, WA is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join the Global Services team. You will coordinate activities to restore rapid service for emergent customer requirements (AOG) and monitor delivery needs.

The role requires 1 year in supply chain, experience with SAP, ability to work independently and in a team, and an eye for meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Shift is first; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities required to facilitate quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG).
• Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations.
• Advise customers regarding order status, changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for customer hard grounded aircraft situations.
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans.
• Assist in collecting and processing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to accomplish common objectives.
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions.
• Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements.
• Adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
• Manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of experience working in Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Customer service experience

Summary pay range:$66,000 – $106,950
