What We Need

We are seeking a resourceful Planner to join our Nutritional Spaulding Planning Team, supporting production scheduling within our supply chain operations.

About the Team

The Global Supply Chain Planning team collaborates to schedule and distribute products worldwide, working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams. This role focuses on creating feasible production schedules to ensure timely delivery, cost savings, inventory management, and minimizing inefficiencies. It offers exposure to various supply chain functions and opportunities to deepen your knowledge in the field.

Role Highlights

You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to set weekly production schedules, optimize processes, make trade-offs, and meet customer demands. Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supply chain role demonstrating business solutions.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes including inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Skills for Success
  • Proficiency with supply chain software (OMP, JDA, JDE preferred), Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions.
  • Leadership qualities with strategic thinking and stakeholder influence.
