For this Associate Supply Chain Planner role, we need a resourceful Planner who can be a part of our Nutritional Spaulding Planning Team, supporting the Production Scheduling work.
The Global Supply Chain Planning team works collaboratively to schedule and distribute product globally, with our manufacturing facilities, and global supply chain teams. This role will be a part of the Nutritional Spaulding Planning team, which is responsible for collaborating and setting a feasible production schedule to deliver products to our customers.
This team thrives on delivering products on time, delivering cost savings, managing overall inventory levels, and focusing on minimizing production inefficiencies. This role will provide an opportunity for you to gain exposure across our supply chain operations and allow you to develop depth and breadth in Supply Chain knowledge.

You will work with internal cross functional business partners to set weekly schedules to meet customer demands. You will be responsible for working to gain efficiencies, make trade off decisions, and balance constraints to deliver a feasible schedule.
Additionally, you will work on projects with a focus on new product launches, process optimization, improved service level, and reduced inventory. You will provide insights that design our supply chains and effectively plan for product availability to support our ABO’s, whose businesses are built around a commitment of delivering Amway products on time.
