KONE Phoenix is seeking an Associate Supervisor to coordinate installation activities, manage the installation team and oversee site readiness, safety, and quality. You will partner with supervisors, subcontractors, and customers to achieve project objectives and ensure successful handovers.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction or team leadership, a Bachelor’s Degree or technical training, and strong communication skills to engage owners, general contractors, and stakeholders.

As our Associate Supervisor, you will ensure proper planning of site activities and preparation of site readiness. You’ll assist supervisors and superintendents with installation activities, managing and supporting the installation team, verifies the installation deliverables and ensures readiness for customer and maintenance handovers. Lastly, you will assist as the KONE interface to the customer prior to the start of the installation process.
You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience and/or training in the construction industry or leading people (preferred) to KONE. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or a 2-year degree from an approved technical school is preferred. Equivalent work experience in the construction industry accepted in lieu of degree.

The hiring range for this role is $87,300 – $114,555. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
