Job description

Are you an aspiring Structural Engineer looking to launch or advance your career? Join our team and gain hands-on experience while working on exciting structural design projects! This is a full-time position based out of our Depew, NY office. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of
structural design projects in the AEC and Industrial sectors. This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career, looking to develop their skills and gain experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with seasoned engineers and professionals, helping you grow while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for steel, concrete, masonry and timber systems.
• Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and external professionals, including architects and engineers from other disciplines.
• Assist project managers with bids, estimates, schedules, design drawings, calculations, and project documentation.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Work independently on smaller tasks or assist senior engineers on larger projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in structural design or asset management (internships or early full- time experience is a plus).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) registration preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MathCAD, and Risa3D or similar software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to comply with company drug screening, including pre-employment tests.
• A valid driver's license, along with the ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. Actual
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
