The Associate Strategic Sales Manager (SSM) is a field sales position responsible for growing revenue within a specific geographic region for WEX. The role involves expanding business through cold-calling, prospecting, consulting, and closing opportunities in the mid-market segment of the OTR base. This is achieved by face-to-face visits to new prospects to understand their business, propose WEX solutions, and close new business.
The base pay range is $56,000 to $75,000, reflecting the low and high ends of the anticipated salary range. Actual pay will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience. Most sales roles are eligible for commissions, while non-sales roles may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses.
