Position Title: Associate Store Manager

Reports to: Store Manager

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week); minimum of five shifts/week including three scheduled first shifts, two second shifts opposite to the Store Manager's schedule, and at least two scheduled weekends per month.

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $19.50/hr plus quarterly bonus eligibility

Position Description

The Associate Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in daily operations, making decisions in their absence related to people, operations, and guest service. The ASM ensures an outstanding guest experience, maintains store conditions, and complies with all laws, regulations, and company policies. Legally qualified ASMs can conduct all sales transactions, including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Essential Functions

• Manage, train, and coach staff, including performance monitoring and counseling.
• Conduct interviews and train new associates.
• Handle store administration tasks such as ordering and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Prepare DipSide items and coach associates on proper techniques.
• Operate POS and gas console systems accurately.
• Stock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor security and cash control measures.
• Perform maintenance and report on store operations.
• Complete all required reports accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate store equipment and handle transactions accurately.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and exposure to temperature extremes.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
