Description
In this role, you partner with the Store Manager to assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a store team. You ensure high training standards and that your team stays current with product knowledge and operational procedures. You promote, model, and elevate customer service quality, motivate team members to work collaboratively, and help manage store inventory, cash, and labor. You also assist in budgeting, communicate sales goals, implement visual merchandising, and maintain store standards aligned with the UGG brand image. Additionally, you coach and evaluate team performance, provide insights for reviews, and stay aware of industry trends and local competitors to meet customer demands.

Operations - Back of House
Flagship stores may have additional responsibilities for Back of House Operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and omni-channel efficiency. Key duties include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, analyzing reports, conducting operational audits, managing transfers and damages, overseeing supply orders, and ensuring safety and record retention standards.
