Beaches Tanning Center is seeking driven Store Leaders to manage daily operations, grow sales, and elevate guest experiences. You’ll coach a high-performing team, drive memberships and upgrades, and lead by example in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You’ll oversee openings, closings, and performance, while building a positive culture and ensuring exceptional guest service. This role offers career growth and a vibrant team atmosphere.

• 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
