Job summary

Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital is seeking a Central Tech I to process and sterilize equipment, maintain inventory, and respond to calls for product and supplies. The position supports Providence caregivers and aligns with the organization's patient-focused care culture in California.

Minimum qualifications include certification within 1 year of hire and experience with office practices; preferred is 1 year in Central Service.

Under supervision the Central Tech I processes, sterilizes equipment and instrumentation. The Tech I issues and receives supplies and equipment according to established procedures and maintains an accurate inventory to reflect a real-time status. The Tech I is responsible for receiving and responding to all calls for product, equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
