  • Contribute to regional strategy memos for senior management and the board on state policies and procurements affecting energy resources, transmission, and infrastructure development.
  • Support engagement with state officials and regulators, including NESCOE and NECPUC, to explain the ISO’s responsibilities, priorities, and initiatives and help reflect state policies in regional planning studies and analyses.
  • Develop clear, accessible content for monthly state issues memos, presentations, state profiles, ISO Newswire, web pages, and stakeholder resources; respond to inquiries from governmental stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and prepare clear, concise, high-quality materials for management review and internal and external use.
  • A collaborative, self-directed approach, with strong critical thinking, reliable follow-through, and a commitment to high-quality stakeholder communications and service.
