Qualifications

• 5+ years for Mid-Level Landscape Designer and 10+ years for Land Planner/Site Designer.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and strong graphic skills.

Responsibilities

• Design housing, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial site plans.
• Direct others and oversee small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Assemble SD, DD & CD level packages for city submittals.

Candidates will have appreciation and understanding of land development process and desire to contribute in design of housing, commercial, mixed use and industrial site plans and work directly with our multidisciplinary team of architects and designers.

Mid-Level Landscape Designer – 5+ Years - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and have strong hand graphic skills. We are looking for a team player who brings passion, artistry and positive energy to our design firm. The ideal candidate would have the following attributes: • Strong design and graphic skills • Positive attitude and great communication skills • Attention to detail • Proficiency with Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office

Land Planner/Site Designer Landscape Architect – 10+ Years Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and have strong hand graphic skills along with the ability to direct others and oversee small projects and/or portions of larger projects. We are looking for a team player who brings passion, artistry and positive energy to our design firm. The ideal candidate would have the following attributes: • Strong design and graphic skills • Self-motivated • Ability to assemble SD, DD & CD level or city submittal packages • Strong coordination skills with civil/architect team members Positive attitude and great communication skills • Attention to detail • Proficiency with Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.
