This is a home-based remote role, with no location restrictions, that requires up to 30-40% travel.

Job Overview Provides domain expertise as a trusted advisor, for compliance experts. Primarily prospecting and problem solving to help clients evolve in a complex and dynamic regulatory environment.

Essential Functions

  • Sales role for commercial compliance.
  • Generate significant prospecting and relationship development with senior regulatory and compliance leadership personas.
  • The role is expected to advance being seen as a trusted partner, discover unmet needs, and develop solutions across IQVIA Commercial Compliance Services Solutions that empower the prospect to advance their efficiency, reduce risk, and enable their organizations to succeed compliantly.
  • Identify and procure new client relationships that fit the Commercial compliance capabilities.
  • Ability to maximize the number of new contacts within a territory and find ways to move forward with proposed solutions.

Other Functions

  • Primarily focusing exclusively on new business / new account acquisition; leads the acquisition of new, high-profile clients and focuses on winning large deals for meeting Total Contract Value (TCV), revenue, and profit objectives.
  • Develops prospects through individual efforts and by participating in organization-sponsored events and campaigns.
  • Prospects for new accounts, secures appointments, determines needs, delivers sales presentations, negotiates terms and conditions, overcomes objections, and closes sales.
  • Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments.
  • Manages territory via direct selling, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and overseeing inside sales campaigns.
