Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Florida is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer within Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) to support enterprise architecture processes across OSS approvals, technical reviews, and budgeting.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, and involves coordinating with service owners and SMEs to move initiatives from intake to approval, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Interest in software/systems engineering and business applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the OSS approval process across technology, security, legal, and management reviews.
• Guide technical review process with use case owners and subject matter experts.
• Support Architecture Review Board scheduling and minutes.
• Route requests to Cloud Services owners.
• Publish architecture decisions across the organization.
• Assist with budgeting and funding tracking.
