Job summary

Aramark is seeking an entry-level Experience Architect to join Tech@Aramark’s Experience Architecture team in Philadelphia. This role blends project leadership, solution design, and experience architecture to translate business needs into scalable, actionable technology solutions.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive design initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with goals and feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience in solution design, sales engineering, technical project management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, or business units.
  • Ability to translate customer and operational needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and high-level network design principles.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Visio or similar design and process-mapping tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of customer experience, operational workflows, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of experience and solution design projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Partner with Experience Designers and business teams to develop customer-focused technology solutions.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate experience designs into executable solution plans and detailed documentation.
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout the design lifecycle, from ideation and validation through implementation handoff.
  • Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and clients to identify gaps, test concepts, and validate solutions.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, and action items, escalating as appropriate.
  • Monitor solution performance and adoption to support continuous improvement and product portfolio decisions.
  • Support the development and documentation of experience architecture processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Join Tech@Aramark's Experience Architecture team and help shape innovative technology experiences that support business growth and exceptional customer outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Experience Architecture, you will lead and coordinate solution design initiatives from concept through implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

This is an entry level role combines project leadership, solution design, and experience architecture to ensure business needs, user expectations, and technical requirements are translated into scalable, actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCDA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification.
  • Sales engineering or solution-selling experience.
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple technologies and business models.
Benefits

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Additional benefits may include retirement savings plans like 401(k) and paid days off such as parental leave and disability coverage. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.
