Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking an Associate Solution Architect - Retail to strengthen our AI-powered planning platform in the Dallas area. You will bring 5+ years of retail planning implementation experience across Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment, Allocations, Replenishment, and Retail Forecasting.

Applicants should be proficient with SQL-based databases and Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentations, and capable of guiding customers through end-to-end project lifecycles while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing planning applications for Retail Industry.
• Hands-on with merchandise planning, assortment planning, allocations, replenishment, and retail forecasting.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience (blueprint, config, test, go-live).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL/MDX/T-SQL desirable.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
• Ability to lead by example and manage customer expectations under pressure.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks.
• Ability to simplify complexity.
• Certifications in retail planning or TOGAF are a plus.
