TalentBurst is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer – Software in Tucson, AZ to drive software product definition, requirements, risk analysis, and solution implementation for IVD standards. You will work with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of testing automation for cancer diagnostics.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 0–2 years of systems engineering experience, strong knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related technical field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
Experience with software integration and testing.
Familiarity with FDA and ISO standards for diagnostic products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Apply systems engineering to software product definition, requirements, risk analysis, and testing.
Manage software requirements, risk analysis, configuration, defect management, and verification/validation.
Research trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products for software differentiation.
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
Engage with business leaders and Voice of Customer representatives to align technical solutions with customer needs.
Analyze complex technical challenges, present solutions, and facilitate informed decision‑making.
