This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for an Associate Software Engineer to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Power Platform solutions through partnerships with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, other developers, and leaders across multiple departments and business units.

Type: 1 year contract

Location: Remote | Must be located within 50 miles of Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Power Platform and provide guidance on best practices around solution design, application lifecycle management, data loss prevention, and environment strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide recommendations for new and existing Power Platform solutions, including third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and other design artifacts.
• Ensure Power Platform solutions are monitored, supported, and built for high availability.
• Stay current with new Power Platform features and capabilities, and recommend their use as appropriate.
• Mentor team members on Power Platform development and best practices.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Power Platform solution development.
• 3-5 years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
• Strong C#, JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, business process flows), Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power BI, including integration experience.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and other integration techniques.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and PowerFx.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
