Job summary

Xtillion in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking an Associate Software Engineer for its College Program. You will begin with a structured training path in software engineering, data systems, and applied AI, then work alongside experienced engineers on client-facing or internal projects.

We welcome recent graduates pursuing Computer Science or Software Engineering degrees, with expected graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027, and proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering.
• Expected graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Proficient in at least one language (Python, Java, C++).
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Xtillion’s Software Engineering Academy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects.
• Contribute to design and implementation of software apps and data workflows.
• Follow engineering standards and best practices across the lifecycle.
