Job Description

We are looking for a smart, result-oriented Associate - Site Merchandising to be a part of the growing Amazon Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best-in-class on-site merchandising strategies to drive first purchase of business-registered customers. This role is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple teams to develop marketing plans, analyze performance, and execute efficiently.
• Manage sections of store merchandising and curations.
• Analyze performance reports and optimize accordingly.
• Learn and utilize merchandising tools and widgets.
• Assist in executing site merchandising plans, including email campaigns, product launches, and site-wide events.
• Support the development of merchandising strategies for promotions and work with category managers.
• Create and manage emails, category pages, brand stores, and search improvement projects.
• Analyze traffic and content metrics to inform strategies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to think both strategically and tactically, demonstrate strong communication skills, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
