Overtime is seeking a highly motivated Associate Shooter/Producer/Editor in Atlanta to grow our diverse content team. You will produce and edit a broad range of video content for Overtime leagues, shooting practices and games, and developing docu-series stories.

You should have 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Premiere Pro skills. The role emphasizes storytelling, collaboration, and fast-paced production across in-arena and broadcast contexts.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit a wide variety of video content (long-form series, player features, broadcasts, in-arena videos, hype reels, branded content, game recaps).
• Shoot basketball games and team practices with a focus on docu-series characters.
• Create high-quality shoots for Overtime leagues with innovative set designs and lighting.
• Build relationships with players, coaches, and staff to secure access and content opportunities.
• Lead ideation during show meetings for assigned projects and shoots.
• Maintain and operate video and audio equipment.
• Learn, review, and adapt to new technologies and develop collaborative concepts.
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Overtime is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Shooter/Producer/Editor to collaborate and help grow our diverse content team in Atlanta.

The Associate SPE will be responsible for content creation, videography, and editing for all Overtime leagues (OTE, OT7, and OT Select). The creative and content team designs and delivers creative stories and assets to serve a variety of Overtime’s needs; prioritizing brand storytelling, fan engagement, broadcast support, in-arena experience and corporate partnerships. This team is responsible for producing creative and editorial content daily during the season to tell the basketball story. The individual should be a passionate storyteller highly adept at long and short form production.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and edit a wide variety of video content (long-form content series, player profile features, broadcast video packages, in-arena entertainment videos, hype videos, commercial spots, branded content and game recaps)
• Shoot basketball games and team practices with an emphasis on docu-series characters
• Create high-quality video shoots for Overtime leagues (OTE, OT7, OT Select), including innovative set designs, lighting and creative videography.
• Build strong working relationships with players, coaches and team personnel to facilitate access and capture authentic, engaging content.
• Initiate and lead ideation during show meetings for assigned projects and specialty shoots
• Responsible for the use and essential maintenance of industry-leading video and audio equipment.
• Learn, review and adapt to new technologies and develop collaborative concepts
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field or prior applicable experience.
• Proficiency in video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro
• High level knowledge in all areas of video production, including filming, editing, lighting, sound, color correction, and publishing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience shooting with Sony FX9, FX-3, FX-6 and a-7 in a sports environment preferred.

Overtime expects the base salary for this role will be approximately $50k-60k annually.
