Job summary

The Raymond Corporation seeks a Shipping/Receiving Associate in Lebanon, Indiana, for an on-site, full-time role. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify orders, maintain inventory, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn SAP and TMH portal workflows, prepare bills of lading, and support 5S and TPS processes while collaborating with a team committed to safety and quality. $20/hr with OT.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift or similar material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and SAP or TMH portals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move heavy materials safely.
• Receive shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues.
• Label, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pack and prepare outgoing shipments according to work orders.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and labels.
• Learn and use SAP and TMH portal for transactions.
• Support 5S and TPS driven processes and maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure equipment is in good operating condition.

Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Shipping/Receiving Associate

The Role:

We’re seeking a driven and detail-orientedShipping/Receiving Associate who brings a strong customer-focused and a continuous improvement mindset The Shipping/Receiving Operator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, proper material handling, and timely delivery . If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Ability tooperatefork trucks to move heavy materials.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues
• Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Pack and prepare outgoing shipments according to work orders
• Learn and operate SAP and Raymond/TMH portal systems to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping labels
• Supports the Company’s 5S program in an effort to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner.
• Supports Toyota Production System (TPS) driven processes and activities.
• Ensures equipment is in good operatingcondition
• Ability to work well with others
• Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Previous experience drive a forklift or PIV equipment
• Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
