Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Enfield, CT to pick, receive, stock, and ship finished goods. The role runs Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with overtime as needed and a $1 shift differential.
You will operate ERP/tablet systems and ensure accuracy in packing, labeling, and documentation. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

YOU As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking/LTL, receiving/UPS, and/or stocking finished goods needed to fulfill customer orders. This position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm, with overtime as needed. This position is eliglbe for a $1.00 shift differential.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. This role operates large equipment and needs to constantly position self to maintain the operation of equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
Regularly works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level is loud. The job may risk exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.
This job requires 0% domestic travel.
This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Enfield, CT
Relocation is not available for this position.
$20.40 / hour
