Crash Champions is seeking an entry-level position to help optimize repair estimates and educate customers about the collision repair process. You will work closely with teams to ensure accuracy and support for DRP partnerships.
This role offers comprehensive benefits, on-site work in Wisconsin, and a structured training path through CYOU and I-CAR programs, with a 7–9 month completion window. You will be coached to deliver trusted, customer-focused service daily.
