Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Associate SEM Analyst to support paid media initiatives. You will assist in managing campaigns, conduct keyword research, and bid management to improve performance. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and staying current with industry trends.

The position offers a hybrid work model with some in-office days and requires at least 1 year of experience with Google Ads or paid social platforms. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
  • Experience with Google Ads or paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

What You'll Do


  • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns on digital marketing platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze data and generate performance reports, providing actionable insights.

  • Support the implementation and testing of new campaign strategies and tactics.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding campaign status and results.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies and ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools, formats, and best practices.


What It Takes


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or a related field.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.

  • Desire to contribute to a team environment and care about collective success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Some foundational understanding or coursework in marketing, analytics, or a related field is beneficial.

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience with Google Ads or paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) preferred.
