Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Capital Markets practice group in our offices located in Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Denver, or Philadelphia, United States. Our Capital Markets team represents issuers, investment banks, investors, and other market participants in debt, equity, and structured transactions, as well as assisting investment banks with regulatory compliance and advisory engagements.

We are seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions.
Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public securities offerings and private placements/PIPEs. Additional expertise with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance requirements is highly valued. The candidate must have experience advising on registration requirements, drafting registration statements and offering documents, managing transactions, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Faegre Drinker's Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, investment banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions.
The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $195,000 - $305,000. Actual initial salary will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
