Pearson is looking for remote evaluators for teacher candidates in Hadley, Massachusetts. The role involves scoring responses to test questions and requires a bachelor’s degree along with a current teaching certification. Eligible candidates include active and retired educators with recent experience.
Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with training provided. This position is NOT bonus/benefits eligible but allows applicants to work flexibly during scoring sessions every eight weeks.
We have immediate openings for candidates to score the subjects below remotely for our Hadley, MA office:
OR serve as, or have recently served as, a college/university/program faculty member who prepares candidates for the subject you are applying for
and MUST NOT be a current Georgia educator/based in the State of Georgia.
Both active and recently retired practitioners can be eligible to score.
Scoring sessions take place during the week Monday through Friday. Scoring sessions will occur on five consecutive days every 8 weeks. The scoring day runs from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m., including training. 40 hours of work are available every 8 weeks.
Training takes place before scoring begins. There may be a brief orientation meeting before the day of scoring occurs.
