Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences required, or equivalent education/experience.
• 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with pipetting techniques.
• Working knowledge of GLP and regulatory standards.
• Laboratory safety and infection control procedures.
• Experience with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency with routine and some non-routine calculations.
• Equivalent education/training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine sample preparation techniques to support analysis.
• Perform extractions from biological matrices, tissue prep, or purification.
• Prepare solutions and reagents while troubleshooting experiments.
• Document testing and observations per SOPs/regulations.
• Escalate potential performance issues to senior staff.
• Maintain lab equipment and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders with clear communication.
• Support training, onboarding, safety and quality initiatives.
