Qualifications

  • BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with aseptic technique in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, AKTA, and SDS-PAGE/CE preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manipulate suspension cells.
  • Operate AKTA systems for small-scale purification using liquid chromatography-based techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion).
  • Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflows.
  • Characterize purified proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, and CE.
  • Manage and organize data and workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot logistical and technical hurdles as they arise.
  • Work independently and show initiative to continually improve protocols and processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

In this role, you will support production, purification, and characterization of protein reagents used in next-generation delivery technology development, helping to expand the company's growing genetic medicines portfolio while collaborating with team members and groups across the company. This Role Requires
