Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biological Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• In vivo experiments using mouse models, including stereotaxic injections.
• ,
• Conduct molecular and cell biology experiments to support ongoing research projects.
• Perform laboratory techniques including cell culture, DNA/RNA isolation, cellular fractionation, Western blotting, PCR/qRT-PCR, in situ hybridization, and immunohistochemical labeling.
• Analyze data and present findings in scientific publications and presentations.
• Design and conduct complex research studies evaluating alternative methods and computational models.
• Plan studies investigating human or animal diseases and potential treatments.
• Provide training and guidance to physicians, residents, students, and research staff.
