Associate Scientist - Microbiology (1st Shift T-Sa 8am-4pm)

Responsibilities:
  • Apply GMP/GLP standards in all responsibilities as appropriate
  • Demonstrate and promote the company vision
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Perform basic microbiology laboratory techniques and analyses or media preparation, based on job function
  • Prepare and wash glassware
  • Conduct all activities safely and efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions; organize and prioritize workload
  • Teamwork skills; multitasking ability; organized and logical thinking; flexibility; ability to work under medium stress
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences (Microbiology or Chemistry preferred)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous laboratory experience; GMP experience preferred

Working schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Up to 25% travel may be required. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
