Epogee is seeking an Associate Scientist, Quality to lead benchtop implementation of manufacturing innovations in our New York City lab. You will validate ideas through a stage-gate process, recommend process improvements, and work closely with senior R&D staff to translate findings into scalable insights.

The role requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical field and 1–3 years of hands-on lab or process development experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory or process development experience.
• Ability to design and execute benchtop experiments.
• Strong documentation and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead benchtop validation and development.
• Design and execute experiments to validate process ideas against stage-gate criteria.
• Translate lab results into actionable recommendations for scale-up to pilot or production.
