Amgen is seeking an Associate Scientist – In vivo Pharmacology to join a fast-paced immuno-oncology research group in Thousand Oaks. You will design and execute in vivo and in vitro studies, generate pharmacology data, and support progression of oncology programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 3+ years in vivo pharmacology and laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience with preclinical cancer models and in vivo/in vitro studies.
• Proficiency with cellular assays, flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, analyze, and report in vivo/in vitro studies.
• Handle in vivo procedures including tumor inoculation and dosing routes.
• Perform and interpret flow cytometry and molecular biology assays.
• Maintain equipment, records, and data analysis.
• Present findings in cross-departmental meetings.
