Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring an Associate Scientist II in Irving, TX, 100% onsite, for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on clinical chemistry product testing and stability studies, requiring hands-on lab work and strict GLP adherence.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in molecular biology or related field with 2–4 years’ lab/manufacturing experience. Eligible consultants receive post-waiting-period benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSAs/FSAs, life insurance, disability, travel insurance

The Associate Scientist II will support clinical chemistry product testing within a laboratory environment, with a primary focus on new product stability studies. This role requires hands-on laboratory experience, execution of testing protocols, data analysis, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits is a plus

• Familiarity with process and test method validations
