Job description

Overview

Payrate: $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

Summary: Associate Scientist II under general supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involves limited responsibility. Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required. Follows established protocols and work plans. May be assisted by laboratory technicians / assistants. Comply with divisional and site Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Labeling, organizing and tracking the flow of documents, including spreadsheets, reports, protocols etc.
  • Authors documents, such as stability protocols, text reports, certificates of analysis, and operating procedures
  • Performs parallel review of documentation and may become qualified to perform technical review of documents for accuracy, thoroughness and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute stability work plans/schedules independently, using customer milestones and Division/site performance standards and metrics.
  • Review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness and regulatory compliance
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement projects.
  • Perform activities under cGMP as appropriate.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Science field. No work experience required

  • Maintain high quality documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance and Site SOPs.
  • Ability to learn and retain technical information.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $26.00 - $26.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, life, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
