Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in biotech, research, clinical or similar lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multi-step lab procedures, interpret data, and troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with sequencing and assay QC metrics is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiplex assay workflows, including sample preparation, assay setup, and operation of laboratory instrumentation per SOPs.
• Support routine NGS workflows, including library preparation, sequencing run preparation and instrument setup.
• Support data analysis and QC checks, including review of sequencing metrics and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and lab documentation for sample traceability.
• Assist with sample receiving, organization, inventory, and storage as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities and meet project timelines.
