Kenvue is recruiting for a Associate Scientist, Face R&D within the Skin Health & Beauty Department, located in Summit, NJ. The Associate Scientist will support the product development of new skincare products and the maintenance of existing products within the Facial moisture category regionally and globally. The primary responsibilities of this role will include hands‑on laboratory development of new product innovations and support of extensions to our existing product portfolio. This role is designed for someone with a passion for laboratory experimentation and scale‑up execution. The Associate Scientist is a supporting team member for multiple technical projects at various stages of development and complexity under direct supervision. They will also partner closely with cross‑functional teams to assess technical risks, proactively resolve challenges, and ensure products effectively address consumer and healthcare professional needs and achieve successful launches.
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$68.000,00 - $96.000,00
