Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in Biological Science or related field.
• Three years' experience in biomedical research.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research to develop methodologies, instrumentation and procedures for medical application; analyzes data and presents findings.
• Designs and conducts complex clinical research studies requiring evaluation of methods and computational modeling.
• Plans and directs studies to investigate human or animal disease, preventive methods, and treatments for disease.
• May assist in clinical laboratory operations.
• Teaches principles of medicine and medical procedures to physicians, residents, students, and research staff.
• Develops results and communicates findings to the scientific community via publications.
