The Associate Scientist at Aditi Consulting will perform routine biochemical and cell-based assays to generate reliable, reproducible data. This role requires following established protocols, maintaining clear records, troubleshooting issues, and communicating results to the project team.

Responsibilities include handling reagents and high-throughput equipment, analyzing data, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of assays, with collaboration across the team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience following experimental protocols and documenting laboratory work.
• Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Industry experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
• Experience with high-throughput laboratory instruments, such as Echo liquid dispensers and Multidrop dispensers.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism and Genedata Screener.
• Experience with biochemical and cell-based assay execution, data analysis, or troubleshooting.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
