Job summary

Trident Consulting is currently seeking an Associate Scientist for one of our industry-leading clients in Irvine, CA. The contract position runs for 12 months with a pay rate of $33/hour (W2).

The role involves operating analytical instruments (HPLC/UPLC, FTIR, Dissolution, UV-Vis), performing routine testing, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports, while ensuring GLP and safety compliance. You will support method development, validation, troubleshooting, and early-stage clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on analytical laboratory experience.
• Practical experience operating HPLC and knowledge of chromatographic principles and chemical analysis.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
