Job summary

NWF is seeking an Associate Scientist to advance proficiency across all aspects of product development, including the development, duplication, and cost reduction of seasonings and/or coatings to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes training, adherence to R&D standards, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office, AS400 and Lotus Notes.

• Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

Work Environment

Periodic exposure to: (1) loud environment, (2) airborne particles with stronger odors associated with spicy food ingredients, (3) cold, hot, wet and humid conditions, (4) walking and standing on concrete, (5) climbing steps, ladders, (6) standing on elevated surfaces.
