UCB is seeking a lab-based scientist to support early research at our Boston R&D Hub in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on executing assays for identification of small molecules and validating novel biological targets.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, develop and optimize assays, generate cell models, and contribute to drug project milestones. This position requires hands-on cell and molecular biology experience and clear communication.

We are seeking to hire a lab-based (non-hybrid) scientist to support early research at our Boston R&D Hub located in Cambridge MA. This scientist will have responsibility for executing assays for identification of small molecules therapeutics across UCB's therapeutic areas of interest. They will also help to validate novel biological targets. Please note: For this particular role, we will not be able to sponsor the successful candidate for work authorization in the United States now or in the future, including taking over an existing work Visa.

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $86,400 to $113,400 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
