Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, user support, issue resolution, and custom development within Salesforce. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Data Engineering (DE) team to integrate APIs and automate business processes using flows, workflows, and Apex triggers.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to implement and maintain API integrations with external systems.
  • Enhance functionality and automation within the Opportunity-to-Contract process to streamline handoffs between Sales, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Build and support automation for Contract Renewal processes, including alerting, renewal opportunity creation, and renewal forecasting.
  • Design and develop scalable automation solutions using Apex triggers, Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM-related projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Maintain system integrity through regular data audits, deduplication, and updates.
  • Build and customize reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Implement and support automation such as sending emails and attachments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I preferred certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficient in creating Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Triggers.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, custom APIs) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
