Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Surgical Technologies sales team. This field-based position supports healthcare professionals, helps drive territory growth, and provides product education across operating room and clinical settings.

You will work with experienced sales colleagues to learn products, procedures, and customer engagement strategies while traveling within the assigned territory. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience in medical device/healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

Associate Sales Representative

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

What You Will Do

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

• $70,000 annual salary and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits.
