What will you be doing?
As a Trauma Associate Sales Representative, you will support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory by assisting with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in-service. Your responsibilities may also include transporting customer inventory between accounts and covering surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts. You will study technical information and surgical procedures related to Trauma Orthopaedics, specializing in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore function quickly and effectively.
The territory will manage a 24/7 call rotation within the team.
What will you need to be successful?
Your success relies on your technical expertise in Trauma Orthopaedics and your ability to build positive relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel, supporting and training them on product use and care. You will assist the Sales Representative in generating revenue and meeting/exceeding the territory’s quota.

What will you need?
Travel Requirements: within the designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights per month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
