Job summary

Stryker in Paterson, NJ is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the Acute Care sales team. You will promote Stryker Medical products to clinicians, educate them on proper use, and help drive customer satisfaction through responsive, consultative service.

You will participate in training, assist with post-sale implementation, and work toward meeting annual sales objectives within your geography. This role offers growth into a senior sales path.

Associate Sales Representative – Acute Care

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by promoting Stryker's Acute Care products and solutions to healthcare providers. You’ll assist with engaging product demonstrations, contribute to managing customer relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll participate in training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with the sales team to help achieve business goals. This position serves as an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.

Additional Information

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
• At times, may be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds - reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
• May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
• Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention.
• May handle various materials including but limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products.
